You can return the product to the store (or exchange it for another similar one) within 14 days from the date of purchase. This applies to goods of good quality, that is, unused and undamaged.
To return or exchange an item, the following conditions must be met:
01 The product is not in the list of those that are not subject to exchange and return
02 The item has not been used and is in the condition in which it was received.
03 Less than two weeks have passed since the purchase of the goods
04 Do you have a cash receipt or sales receipt?
Return of goods in Ukraine is regulated by the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Article 9 "Consumer rights when purchasing goods of good quality" says that:
1. The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used by him for its intended purpose.
The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is declared by the seller.
The exchange of goods of good quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a settlement document issued to the consumer along with the sold goods, or reproduced on the display of the software registrar of settlement operations (the display on which the software registrar of settlement transactions) QR code, which allows the consumer to read it and identify it with the settlement document according to the data structure it contains, or send an electronic settlement document to the subscriber number or e-mail address provided by the consumer.
2. If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other goods from the available assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost, or terminate the contract and receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar one at the first the sale of the respective product. The seller is obliged on the day the goods go on sale to inform the consumer who requires the exchange of the goods.
3. Upon termination of the contract of sale, settlements with the consumer are made based on the cost of the goods at the time of its purchase. The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and if it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract - at another time by agreement of the parties, but no later than within seven days.
